Terms and Conditions for Booking
When you make a booking with me (Online Counselling Therapies) for a free initial session, either via email or this website, you will receive a copy of my basic agreement for the first session. This handles things like Privacy & Data Protection and what to expect from the session.
Should we decide we would like to continue with therapy together, I will send you my full agreement which goes into detail about exactly how your data is stored and used, cancellation policies and all other terms and conditions.
When you receive an agreement from me please read and ask me any questions about it that you would like. If there is something you are not happy with, we can discuss it and potentially work around it. When you are happy, please return it to me signed before the start of our session.
Privacy
This privacy notice sets out how Online Counselling Therapies uses and protects any information that you give us when you visit this website or when you contact us by other means and the lawful basis under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations (‘GDPR’ ) (May 2018) that permits us to do so.
You may visit our website freely without having to contact or use our services. We do not use cookies.

You have the right of access to information we hold about you and to amend or ask for deletion of information that may not be accurate or correct. Please contact us if you wish to view the data we hold about you. Online Counselling Therapies will not hold your data for longer than is deemed necessary for the purposes of counselling and following best practice and legal guidance. On contacting us for a first session, an agreement will be sent to you explaining all data management and protection procedures and will have a chance to ask any questions you may have . You will can enquire about these at anytime by contacting us.
