About me

Welcome, my name is John, I am a qualified Therapist who specialises in working with clients online

If you found your way here for Online Therapy, chances are that something in your life isn't going well and your previous ways of coping aren't working anymore...

  • You might be experiencing anxiety and try to avoid it at all costs.
  • You may be feeling depressed or feelings of unhappiness and hopelessness.
  • You could dread everyday activities, such as meeting strangers, starting conversations, speaking on the phone, working or shopping
  • In relationships you might often second guess yourself and wonder why you are like the way you are.
  • You could be thinking about ways of escaping your current situation; running away, relationship breakup, leaving your job, you might have even thought about suicide.
  • You might be binging on Netflix, food, alcohol, online gaming or drugs to escape the reality you find yourself in.
  • You may have always felt like you aren't "enough"; thin enough, attractive enough, a good enough parent, smart enough - the list can go on.

I'm here to tell you that you don't have to suffer anymore....

Talking to  a qualified therapist who is trained to listen can help alleviate suffering and help you toward finding fulfilment in life.

If you are struggling to deal with painful problems or you’d like to further develop your potential, or live a fuller, more actualised life, I can help you.

I will enable you to feel seen, heard and appreciated as a unique individual and then use research- based best practise and bespoke techniques not only to help you gain an understanding of both the nature and origins of your problems, but also your unique strengths and capabilities and use those unique strengths and capabilities to assist you forwards into making the life you want.

I offer all clients a free initial consultation.

My background is from working within the UK's NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) scheme delivering short  to long term, evidenced-based psychotherapies to clients.

I have worked with many clients from differing social, cultural and economic backgrounds and have been mentored by a diverse range of clinicians over the years, each with their own areas of expertise which has enhanced my own capabilities considerably.

Now, I work privately, offering bespoke one to one counselling, psychotherapy and coaching via online therapy sessions.
